I am currently getting ready to watch the TV Show Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. In doing so I was reading Anthony's bio on wiki and discovered a couple of good quotes I thought I would share.
"Known for consuming exotic ethnic dishes, Bourdain is famous for eating sheep testicles in Morocco, ant eggs in Puebla, Mexico, a raw seal eyeball as part of a traditional Inuit seal hunt, and a whole cobra — beating heart, blood, bile, and meat — in Vietnam.
