Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

·         3/4 cups of shortening
·         1 1/2 cups of sugar
·         2 eggs
·         1/2 cup of milk
·         2 cups flour
·         1/2 cup (6 tablespoons) of cocoa poweder 
·         2 teaspoons of baking soda
·         1 teaspoon of salt
·         1 teaspoon of vanilla
·         1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
·         1 cup of boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend above ingredients. Next add 1 cup boiling water and mix well. Pour batter into a greased cake pan (any size or shape including cup cakes). Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean (approximately 30 minutes).
